Regulations on collecting the registration fee for the Conference via the website ci2026.com, belonging to the Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o.

§1 Definitions

Electronic address – designation of an IT system enabling communication via electronic means of communication, in particular e-mail.

Commercial information – any information intended directly or indirectly to promote goods, services or the image of an entrepreneur or a person practicing a profession whose right to practice a profession depends on meeting the requirements specified in separate acts, excluding information enabling communication via electronic means of communication with a specific person. person and information about goods and services that does not serve to achieve the commercial effect desired by the entity that commissions its dissemination, in particular without remuneration or other benefits from producers, sellers and service providers.

ICT system – a set of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving data via telecommunications networks using a terminal device appropriate for a given type of network within the meaning of the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws . Laws of 2016, item 1489, as amended).

Providing a service electronically – performance of a service provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), by transmitting data at the individual request of the Customer, sent and received using electronic processing devices, including digital compression and data storage, which is entirely transmitted and received or transmitted via a telecommunications network within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law.

Means of electronic communication – technical solutions, including ICT devices and software tools cooperating with them, enabling individual distance communication using data transmission between ICT systems, in particular e-mail.

Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality that uses the service provided electronically by Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o. via the website ci2026.com.

Organizer – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality dealing with the organization of events, including conferences, to which persons who have a Ticket are entitled to enter.

Services – services provided electronically by the Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o. for the benefit of the Client based on the Regulations.

Invoice – an electronic sales document issued and sent in PDF file format to the address indicated by the Customer as part of the Ticket purchase process.

INZ – Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kajetany, ul. Mokra 1, 05-830 Nadarzyn, Poland, NIP: 534-240-98-41, REGON: 141684503, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in the capital city of Warsaw. Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000319184.

ci2026.com – website for registration for the Conference.

Conference – each conference, congress, training or other that is carried out by the Organizer, for which a registration fee is charged via the website: ci2026.com.

Facility – the place where a given Conference will be held.

Woking day – every day, except Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays.

Confirmation of participation – a document entitling you to participate in the Conference, confirming payment of the registration fee.

Electronic confirmation of participation – an electronically generated document, to be printed by the Participant, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations. The printed document confirming participation has a barcode or QR code, is treated as a full confirmation of participation and the provisions of these Regulations regarding Confirmation of Participation apply accordingly.

Cart/Summary – a contractual term identifying the condition of the reserved places to participate in the Conference; Participation confirmations included in the summary are assigned to a given user.

§2 General provisions

  1. These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, define the rules for the provision of electronic services by Instytut Narządów Zmysłów sp. z o.o. via the website ci2026.com
  2. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the following provisions apply: Act on the provision of electronic services of July 18, 2002,
    Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014,
    Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes of September 23, 2016, the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
  3. Enabling the use of the conference registration system via is a service provided electronically by INZ to the Client, within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended ), which takes place pursuant to an agreement concluded between the Client and INZ and on the basis of the Regulations.
  4. All services provided by the ci2026.com website are subject to the Regulations, excluding services subject to separate regulations.
  5. Under the terms set out in the Regulations, access to the ci2026.com website is open to anyone who can connect to the public Internet.
  6. The Regulations are made available to Customers free of charge via ci2026.com in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
  7. Customers are obliged to read the Regulations before registering for the Conference.
  8. Each Client is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Regulations from the moment they start registering for the Conference.
  9. The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Customer.
  10. Before registering and paying the fee for confirmation of participation in the Conference, the Client is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions of the conference for which he/she is registering, available on the website ci2026.com or the Organizer’s website, and the regulations of the Facility where the Conference is held. The rules for using the Facility are available on the Facility’s website. By registering for the Conference and purchasing participation, the Client accepts these regulations and rules.

§ 3 Order and payment

  2. The registration fee can be paid in the following ways: via eTransfer, payment card, BLIK system (payments handled by Przelewy24 – PayPro SA ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań) or bank transfer to the account provided when ordering.
  3. The Client has the right to choose the payment method for registration for the Conference, unless in a given case only one payment method is available.
  4. An additional fee in the form of a delivery fee and a service fee is added to the order processing costs. If any have arisen. All bank transfer charges must be borne by the payer.
  5. You can receive a VAT invoice for purchased registration confirmations.
  6. For paid participation confirmations/tickets purchased via the ci2026.com website, an invoice is issued after the payment is recorded and sent by e-mail with confirmation of payment for the order.
  7. The customer agrees to receive the invoice electronically.
  8. At the Customer’s request, the invoice can be collected in person at the INZ headquarters. The condition for the execution of the order is that the Customer provides data enabling the Customer’s verification.
  9. The parties are bound by the information contained on the ci2026.com website when completing the registration data, in particular: selection of the type of registration and the amount of the fee, method of payment and delivery of confirmation.
  10. In the case of payment by bank transfer, after confirming the reservation, the Customer will receive information about the bank account number along with the order number, which should be included in the transfer title when paying for the reservation.
  11. The information available on the ci2026.com website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order, the customer submits an offer to purchase a specific type of participation. The sales contract is concluded when the payment for the participation reservation is recorded, in accordance with the selected price from the registration fee table.
  12. INZ is not responsible for incorrect data entered into the form by the Customer.
  13. The customer may select and pay for more than one participation reservation. In such a case, he must enter the necessary data of each participant for whom he is purchasing registration in the registration form.
  14. If you select more than one reservation order, after selecting them, the price will appear and will be included in the amount due at the end of the order.
  15. The order is considered placed when the Customer selects the type of reservation, determines their quantity, selects the type of payment and delivery method.
  16. The order will be automatically canceled if it is not paid:

– within 15 business days from the date of placing the order on the ci2026.com website, in the case of declaration of payment by traditional transfer and the payment has not been credited to the account within this period;

– within 15 minutes from the date of placing the order on the ci2026.com website, if the payment is declared using the Przelewy24 – PayPro SA system, and there will be no positive payment authorization within this period.

§ 4 Ticket purchase

  1. The prices given on the website ci2026.com are gross prices (including VAT).
  2. After entering ci2026.com, selecting the type of registration, completing the necessary data of all persons for whom the registration is being made, you can pay for the registration.
  3. The condition for confirming the registration and purchase of participation is the payment of the registration fee.
  4. The Customer is obliged to check the compliance of the information included in the registration/participation confirmation with the data contained in the registration form submitted by the Customer.
  5. After completing and confirming the accuracy of the data in the registration form, a message will be sent to the e-mail address provided therein, confirming receipt of the application for participation in the Conference, and after the fee for participation in the Conference has been credited, an e-mail confirming participation and authorizing the right to admission to the Conference.
  6. The customer who has registered, after paying the registration fee, receives confirmation of participation/ticket by printing the e-mail message he received or by saving it on a digital medium (phone), which he shows at the entrance to the conference.
  7. INZ is not responsible for the consequences of unauthorized duplication of the confirmation of participation once received by the Client or third parties with whom he shared the data from the sent e-mail (including a printout or electronic copy).

§ 5 Liability

  1. INZ reserves that the use of the ci2026.com website is solely at the Customer’s expense and risk.
  2. INZ is not responsible for the content posted on websites located in other domains not owned by INZ.
  3. INZ is not liable:

a/ For any damage resulting from the use of the ci2026.com website and the reservation system by Customers in a manner inconsistent with the law or the Regulations.

b/ For any damage caused by the disclosure of personal data in accordance with the Regulations.

  1. INZ is not responsible for blocking by mail server administrators of sending messages to the e-mail address provided by the Customer and for deleting and blocking e-mails by software installed on the computer used by the Customer.

§ 7 Cancellation of the Conference or change of date

  1. INZ informs that in accordance with Art. 38 points 12 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract in the manner specified in Art. 27 above Act, except in the event of cancellation of the Conference, change of date or place of the Conference. In the event of cancellation of the Conference, change of the date or place of the Conference, the Client will have the option of replacing the confirmation of participation with another one or refunding the money, in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
  2. In the event of cancellation, change of time or place of the Conference, INZ will immediately inform Clients about this fact by placing appropriate information on the ci2026.com website. Additionally, customers may receive such information electronically.
  3. If the situation referred to in §7 section 1, in order to obtain a refund for registration, the Customer should send a declaration, which can be sent by post or electronically to the following addresses: konferencje@inz.waw.pl and contact@ci2026.com or to the address of the company’s registered office within no more than 30 days from the date of announcement of information about the cancellation, change of time or place of the Conference. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry.
  4. All refunds made to the Customer will be made only after full registration allowing for the clear identification of the Customer’s personal and address data.
  5. INZ reserves that if the details of the Customer requesting a refund raise doubts (e.g. inconsistency between the data of the Customer requesting a refund and making the reservation), before making the refund, INZ may request documentation of the identity of the person requesting the refund.
  6. Refunds will be made to the customer accounts from which the registration payment was received. In the event of a change in the data for the refund, the Customer is obliged to send current bank transfer details to the e-mail address: konferencje@inz.waw.pl and contact@ci2026.com.
  7. Except for the cases specified above, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the registration fee after August 20, 2024 without giving a reason.

§ 8 Complaints

  1. Complaints related to the registration fee may be submitted electronically via the following e-mail addresses: konferencje@inz.waw.pl and contact@ci2026.com or in writing by registered mail to the address of INZ’s registered office.
  2. INZ will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 30 days from the date of its receipt.
  3. If INZ does not accept the complaint, the Customer may use extrajudicial methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims. In particular, he may seek help from consumer organizations and municipal or district consumer ombudsmen. Detailed information on the possibility for a Customer who is a consumer to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, as well as the rules of access to these procedures, are available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: www.uokik.gov.pl. A customer who is a consumer also has the opportunity to use the EU ODR online platform, available at the following address: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?ev….

§ 9 Data protection and intellectual property

  1. By registering for the Conference on the website ci2026.com, the Customer consents to the processing of his or her personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
  2. The customer may also express separate consent to receiving advertising and promotional materials from INZ. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  3. The customer has the right to access and correct his/her data.
  4. It is prohibited to use any materials published on the ci2026.com website (including photos and descriptions) without the written consent of INZ.

§ 10 Entry into force and changes

  1. The Regulations enter into force on the day of their publication on the ci2026.com website.
  2. INZ reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations, which come into force on the day of their publication on the website ci2026.com

§ 11 Final remarks

  1. INZ makes every effort to ensure that the services provided as part of registration on the ci2026.com website are at the highest level, however, it does not rule out the possibility of temporarily suspending the website’s availability in the event of the need to carry out maintenance work. The customer should report any irregularities in the operation of the ci2026.com website
  2. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code will apply.

In the event of disputes with the Customer, the court competent to hear them is the common court competent under applicable regulations.
